Code of Business Conduct
WEIKANG’s Code of Business Conduct sets out the principles we should abide by as a company and how we should behave in the marketplace. In addition, it conveys our corporate culture and values. Who Must Follow Our Code
As a socially responsible company, we have always been committed to conducting business in accordance with the highest ethical standards and complying with national laws, and we take our reputation and the trust of our customers and employees very seriously. The Code of Business Conduct is very important to us and should be followed by all stakeholders, including our employees, management, and suppliers.
Business Partner Relations
We place great emphasis on cooperation with business partners, be it our customers or suppliers. In order to create favorable cooperation, we have established the following regulations:
• Mutual respect and common development
• Select suppliers according to actual demand, product quality, and price
• Protect each other’s information and intellectual property, and sign a confidentiality agreement if necessary
• Only choose to work with partners that meet legal requirements and ethical standards
Human Rights and Law
• We treat the rights of every employee equally and provide them with a fair working platform and promotion mechanism.
• We never employ child or forced labor and absolutely prohibit any corporal punishment or abuse
• All employees must abide by local laws, and we provide relevant training to popularize legal knowledge for employees to promote compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.
• All relevant personnel shall not accept bribes of any kind and shall not directly or indirectly solicit gifts or gratuities
Competition and Fair Dealing
Even though the competition in the PCB market is very fierce, Weikang promises to surpass its competitors in a fair and honest way, prohibiting the use of informal means such as stealing information to obtain trade secrets. Each of our employees respects the labor of customers, suppliers, competitors, and employees, and prohibits abuse of privilege, bribery, exploitation of others, and other unfair trading practices.
Safety & Health of Employees
Weikang is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for each employee by taking the following measures:
• Pre-job training for all employees, including how to operate machinery safely
• Arrange working hours reasonably and implement a shift system during busy production periods to ensure employees have enough rest time
• Arrange free medical examinations for employees every year
• Organizing group activities such as hiking and running
Environmental Protection
All our production activities are in compliance with environmental regulations, pay attention to protecting the environment in the production process, and are committed to green production and sustainable development:
• Strictly control the discharge of various pollutants, and all wastes must be treated to meet the standards before they can be discharged
• Simplify the manufacturing process, improve production efficiency and product quality, and extend product life
• Implement waste recycling and sorting, reduce material waste
